May 12, 2005 Meeting - Mobile Music
Thank you to everyone who showed up for Thursday night's Seattle Mobile meeting. We had a great turnout, and a lot of new faces. May's meeting topic was "Mobile Music", and we had great presentations from Loudeye and Real Networks.
Linda Young, SVP of Sales at Loudeye gave a presentation entitled "What To Expect Next: New Generation Mobile Music Experiences" ,and Craig Robinson, Director of Technology, Mobile Services at Real Networks gave a presentation on "Mobile Music Streaming Technology".

Seattle Mobile Meeting Thursday
The May Seattle Mobile is this Thursday night downtown at the Harbor Steps. The topic for May is "Mobile Music". We have lined up some local speakers working on mobile music applications and solutions. Come meet other professionals in the local mobile community. We've added an "Announce" mailing list for people who want to be notified of meetings seperately from the general discussion list. The "Announce" list will only be used for meeting announcements. If you are already on the "General" list, you have been added to the "Announce" list as well, and don't need to do anything.

We've modified the Seattle Mobile website some. This was done to simplify the site, and to allow people to find the information about Seattle Mobile they need, quickly. Your feedback is always welcome.
